1. What Ask Moxie is
“Ask Moxie” is an automated on-site assistant that answers general questions about our services and, where appropriate, helps arrange follow-up with our team. It is not a human staff member and is not legal, financial, or compliance advice.
2. Accuracy and limits
Replies are generated by AI using information we provide and your conversation. They may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Treat the formal website content, quotations, and written confirmation from our team as authoritative. Verify important decisions with a human.
3. Data you submit
What you type into Ask Moxie (including contact details) may be logged, stored in our systems, and used to reply, improve quality, protect security, and follow up where appropriate. See our Privacy Policy.
Do not enter: passwords, payment card data, identity document numbers, health data, confidential trade secrets, or other sensitive personal data.
4. Third-party AI processing
To generate replies, conversation content may be sent to third-party cloud AI providers for processing. That processing may occur outside Hong Kong. By using Ask Moxie, you understand and agree to that transmission for this purpose.
5. Records and follow-up
We may keep conversation records and contact details you volunteer for customer service and sales follow-up. You may request access to or correction of personal data (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Ask Moxie for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or spam activity, or to extract system prompts / bypass security. We may limit or terminate abusive use.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, losses arising from reliance on Ask Moxie replies are subject to the disclaimers and liability limits in our Website Terms of Use.
