About the role

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Project Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the Project Manager and project team in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing, event, activation, and production projects. You will be involved in projects from initial research and preparation through on-site implementation and post-event follow-up, helping to ensure that every detail is delivered smoothly and professionally.

What you will own

  • Support daily coordination and delivery of marketing and event projects
  • Research venues, suppliers, and production requirements for the project lead
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, timelines, workplans, and post-event reports
  • Coordinate clients, venues, suppliers, production partners, and internal teams
  • Help with logistics: venue, catering, transport, registration, staffing, and signage
  • Check invitations, eDMs, banners, name tags, decks, and giveaways before they go live
  • Provide on-site support: registration, guest reception, vendor coordination, and guest flow
  • Flag outstanding tasks and risks early so programmes stay on schedule

What you bring

  • Diploma or degree in marketing, event management, business, or communications preferred
  • Fresh graduates or 1–2 years in events, marketing, client service, or project coordination
  • Strong organisation and time management across several live deadlines
  • Clear written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Confident in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Chinese word processing
  • Willing to work beyond standard office hours when show days require it

Nice to have

  • Agency or live-event production experience
  • Familiarity with Asana, Notion, or similar project tools
